Buy Credits - Use them however you wish

Take the sting out of exterior cleaning with our maintenance plan! Pay monthly for credits that you can use each year as you wish.

Credit Items:

House Wash / Driveway / Pool Enclosure / Gutter Cleaning / Windows / Fence / Gutter Brightening / Roof Wash

• Each of these items is worth one credit except a Roof Wash, which is worth two credits.

Example:

If a 2 credit per year plan were chosen, year 1 might have a house wash and a driveway cleaning. Year 2 might include a house wash and the gutters cleaned. Year 3 the roof could be washed and so on. 

Items that are not covered with a credit can be added to your plan as an add on and are priced accordingly.

  How it works:

  1) Contact us and we will set up a consultation at your property.

  2) At the consultation we will give pricing details and answer any questions that you may have.

  3) Once you enroll in the plan we will set a date for the services you need.

  4) The monthly bill will be sent to your email address and can be paid online.

  That’s it! Very simple!
